Most Helpful Reviews on the Graco Travel Lite Crib with Stages
- (3/5) – 3/21/2013 – I received this play yard for my first baby shower and it has now served us through two babies. It is a pretty useful item, but I believe there are better ones out there. Each of our babies were in this crib for the first 5 months, at which time they outgrew it length-wise. I think most babies could fit for a couple of months longer, ours are just tall. The bassinet part of it is useful, but the lower, play yard part is not. By the time babies are sitting up and ready for a play yard, they are too big for this product. We never used the canopy, it didn’t provide any shade in our bright bedroom. It’s very thin and covers a very small area. The mattress is not washable…. It is easy to get this play yard though the doors without breaking it down, but the wheels are small, the whole thing is boxy and it is not easy to push it around the house…. There is a storage issue here as well…. In this product, that space on the bottom is not accessible and is therefore wasted in my opinion. This is another area where I feel a bassinet is superior to this product…. (read more and buy it at Babiesrus.com)
- (5/5) – 12/30/2012 – … I love that it has two levels for when baby is tiny and then it can be lowered to a regular pack and play level, but it is compact enough to not take over our bedroom. We can keep baby close without having a bulky cradle/pack and play taking up all the room. It doesn’t have all the ‘bells and whistles’ that regular PNP’s do but I love it for that reason. Sometimes, less is more and this proves it! I definitely recommend this for new moms during night feedings! (read more and buy it at Babiesrus.com)
- (5/5) – 4/5/2013 – I purchased this item following the birth of my youngest grandson. It’s the perfect combination of bassinet, crib and playpen! It is easy to assemble and moves easily from room to room. The stages are great, no bending low to get a tiny baby in and out and no worrying that he’ll roll off the couch or bed…. - (3/5) – 3/11/2013 – After reading lots of positive reviews and seeing that it was recommended in Baby Bargains, I purchased this to use as a bassinet for our baby (it is smaller than a regular pack n plan and would fit in our bedroom). While the crib frame seems sturdy, the fabric is cheap, and the “mattress” that you can move up into bassinet position looks very rickety and uncomfortable. I don’t know what it’s made of but I would not be surprised if there is cardboard and staples under there…certainly not something that can be washed. The metal rods that hold up the mattress also aren’t very reassuring. I just didn’t feel comfortable having my baby sleep in the bassinet part…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
- (4/5) – 3/20/2012 – Great Bassinet BUT sheets are hard to find. I bought Carter’s changing pad covers to use as sheets. They fit well and are really soft. This pack-n-play is much smaller than average sized ones, which is perfect for our small apartment. (read more and buy it at Walmart.com)
