  •  3.0 out of 5 stars(3/5) – 1/16/2013 – I’ve been using the Maxi Cosi Mico in Grey for four months and have waited to write my review until now…. Here are my notes: -Installation: I wish Maxi Cosi would come out with an installation video for You Tube…. – Size: If you drive a small car (like my Honda Civic), you may want to steer clear of this. While it’s design is clean and great to look at it, it’s an awkward shape…. On the same note, while it’s the lightest you can purchase, it is awkward shaped to carry on your arm…. -Getting the carrier in and out of the base is not a flawless task…. – Handle: there is no rubber grip on the top center of the handle to attach the fun, cute toys for my baby. It’s sleek plastic, slips right off. -The sun shade is not as sturdy, nor cover as well, as other major car seat brands. All that aside, my baby does like this car seat. He sleeps comfortably in it, and it is easy to wash the cover and parts when needed (blowouts!)…. The weight/height restriction is one of the smallest on the market(22lb limit)…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 2/24/2012 – … Hands down, I love this carseat, here’s why: – the fabric is very nice as has good padding. – easy to remove the cover for cleaning…. – seat is very lightweight…. – the handle is a smooth seamless piece and is comfortable to grip. – the handle can be in any locked position while in the car (according to the maxi-cosi website)…. – the stay-in-car base has a tilt adjuster…. My only minor complaints: – the level line on the seat can be a bit hard to see…. – only goes to 22 pounds…. (read more and buy it at Diapers.com)
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars(4/5) – 12/13/2012 – Too bad it isn’t bigger! Being Manhattanites who don’t own a car, we’ve only used this seat without the base. Installed with just a lap belt, we can very easily and quickly get a fit where the seat doesn’t budge and feels very safe. I wish they made this to handle a baby up to 32″ like the snugride 35. This is way more attractive than all other 35lb car seats out there and is very lightweight. Our munchkin has grown quickly since birth (90th percentile at 3 mo) and may very well grow out of this before he is 5 months old. (read more and buy it at Giggle.com)
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 1/4/2010 – We’ve been using this seat for a bit over five months now and I love it. Our little dude was born quite premature, and we were finally allowed to bring him home when he hit 5 lb…. PROS: – The seat is very light, which becomes increasingly important as baby becomes heavier; – The base is really heavy, which seems right to me; – The LATCH clips go in easily – using a seatbelt requires a little more elbow-grease, but nothing extraordinary;… CONS: – There is some tendency for straps to tangle between uses…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars(3/5) – 12/29/2011 – … The belt adjustment string in the front requires a lot of force when pulled from the top because of the way it is routed. You really have to adjust the tension by pulling on the string under the seat, and then tightening it up on top…. The canopy is useless and provides hardly any shade at all…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars(4/5) – 3/27/2012 – … When I was reading reviews for this product before I purchased it, there were a lot of complaints about the small canopy and trouble with the car seat fully engaging into the base. Having used this seat for five months now, I definitely agree with those complaints. Canopy:… Car Seat Engaging Into Base:… Stap Covers:.. (read more and buy it at Babiesrus.com)
