(5/5) – 3/23/2012 – I’ve been using this carrier for almost three months…. Some of the things I love about it: – the whole cover snaps off to wash in two seconds, and you DON’T HAVE TO RETHREAD THE STRAPS! – It seems heavier than my last car seat, but the quality is obviously much better, so I’m ok with that tradeoff – I like that you can use it without a base. I didn’t want to buy an extra one since we rarely use the seat in my husband’s car, but on the occasions that we do, it was very easy to snap into place with the seatbelt…. (3/5) – 9/24/2012 – … The things I dislike about this car seat are… – SUPER heavy. Most car seats I have held are not nearly as heavy as this one…. -After having this car seat for less than a month the design was already sun faded.-It gets stuck in the stroller quite frequently. -When installing the car seat without the dock the clips are pretty much impossible to loosen….I do like that it installs directly into the broadway stroll and that there is a lot of padding in the car seat itself which makes your baby feel more cozy, which most love when they are first born…. (5/5) – 2/9/2012 – … I’ll start with the bad…. That being said, the benefits far outweigh the negatives for me. First off, it has some of the highest safety ratings . After being involved in a bad car accident with our first child, i’ve tried to be really vigilant about car seat safety. I feel like my baby is very comfortable in this seat (it is well padded).
