(5/5) – 1/25/2010 – We purchased the Snugride 35 in Flint and could not be happier. The picture does not do justice. The padding is very soft and plush. Will be very comfortable for baby. With the 35 lb and 32 inch max, this is definitely gonna last > 1yr. The side impact safety feature makes this a 5. The only con is that the infant head support is way too big for a newborn…. (3/5) – 12/2/2010 – … After having used it for 14 weeks, I have to say I’m not particularly enthusiastic about the Snugride 35. Some days I just plain hate it…. My list of irritants: 1. Floppy Head Syndrome (Actually less of an irritant and more of a safety issue)…. 2. The Canopy… The canopy may be self-supporting, but the way it is attached to the seat seems rather loose….3. (4/5) – 2/14/2012 – Doesn’t get much better than this. Seriously, if you want something less bulky/heavy, then you’ll end up with a different brand/product that will have its own set of cons. The bulkiness is not a problem unless you’re trying to fit 2+ of these side by side in a compact or mid-sized vehicle. As for the heaviness, you may start to notice it when your kid begins to weigh about 15 pounds…. The only thing we’re still having issues with is adjusting the shoulder strap height…. - (5/5) – 4/16/2012 – … Super cozy soft comfortable…. it is a heavier carseat but worth it for the comfortability and space to be able to use it longer. i’ve seen many carseats in nurshry and had to get babies in and out, still by far the easiest to buckle and unbuckle and not made with poor quality parts. wipes up super easy almost like it’s scotch guarded….
