Most Helpful Reviews on the Combi Coccoro Convertible Car Seat.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 7/16/2009 – … The Cocorro seat is so compact, and really very sturdy. It was tricky to tighten it at first – so I took the car and seat to the fire dept. and the lovely fireman showed me how easy it was to properly tighten the seat…. The seat itself is really comfy for the baby – it even has a protective pad over the crotch-strap – which is really good if you have a little boy…. • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 7/26/2012 – I bought this carseat for my 6month old. I really needed to fit 3 car seats in the back of my car (Kia Forte). This seat is narrow enough to fit 3 across, but itsreally luxurious with great padding…. (read more and buy it at Walmart.com)
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars(1/5) – 11/19/2009 – After having trouble installing this seat (even after a good install with the assistance of a car seat tech, the LATCH belt would eventually come loose and have to be readjusted twice a week) …  it ended up taking 6 emails and over three months to have their car seat tech contact me…. Less importantly, the material stained badly with just a little sweat from my son’s head. I really liked the seat otherwise, and wish it would have worked…. • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 2/24/2011 – … It strapped in pretty easily (the fact that I was able to accomplish it without the help of my husband speaks for itself) and seems extremely sturdy and stable. The one thing I didn’t realize (which is fine with me) is that unlike some other convertible car seats, this one does not allow you to have your child rear-facing after the age of one year, which may affect some smaller children who are not quite over the 20 lb requirement to start facing forward at one year. But otherwise, great car seat, my daughter, husband, and I are all very happy with this purchase! (read more and buy it at Target.com)
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars(4/5) – 4/5/2011 – … The cover is very easy to wash and looks brand new washed, which I only had to do because she leaked out of a diaper. The hazelnut color hides regular wear stains very well. We did experience a little pull on the fabric in one spot but it’s not bad… It is very lightweight/breathable. With other carseat she sweats horribly and in this one, she is cool and comfortable. My only compliant is the latch clips are the old style which makes it harder to remove the seat…. (read more and buy it at Diapers.com)
  • 2.0 out of 5 stars(2/5) – 6/17/2011 – This is truly a space saver which I love!… What I didn’t like is that you have to puzzle piece together the bottom part of the harness before buckling it in which is a challenge if you only have one hand available or a fussy baby straightening his body while you’re trying to buckle. There is a nice padded “crotch catcher” but it gets stuck in the buckle when trying to buckle. Other friends are unable to use the buckle without some instruction. The material is breathable and soft but it’s like pantyhose nylon and I snagged it at two spots when I was installing it. More ugly snags since then…. (read more and buy it at Babiesrus.com)
