(5/5) – 9/16/2006 – I purchased this potty strickly on the customer ratings and was not disappointed. It’s very sturdy, enough so that even my husband can use it as a seat when sitting with our daughter. All parts are very easy to clean…. it didn’t take long until we started just carrying around the padded seat for her to use on the adult potty…. It fits snugly on the adult potty. It has rubber pads and plastic pegs on the underside to keep it from slipping when she sits down. I also like that either a boy or girl can use it, without extra parts to assemble or disassemble. There’s a small rise in the front for boys, but it isn’t so high that it gets in the way when the child sits down…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)

I also like the fact that the seat can be used on top of the regular toilet when she is ready and the potty can be used as a step stool. The only slight down-side to this potty is that it has a pretty large footprint compared to some of the other potties I have seen and takes up a lot of room in our small bathroom…. (1/5) – 8/3/2010 – … The seat is unnecessarily in two pieces, which do not stay securely together. The top blue piece they sit on has these little awkward tabs that are supposed to fit into the white part with the handles. Does not stay. Pee goes in between the two pieces with every use and there are all these weird little divisions in the white piece that mean you have 500 surfaces to clean….
