  • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 1/23/2012 – … This potty has been great! We haven’t had any problems with any fluids going anywhere except in the potty. And it’s easy to empty and clean. I love that it’s only one piece and sturdy so we don’t have to worry about him tipping over. And the fact that the bowl is smooth means that his little bottom doesn’t get red marks on it. The one thing that I would say is that it’s a bit small. My 9 month old sits on it just fine, but even he is going to outgrow it pretty quickly…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars(3/5) – 3/19/2012 – … Pourty potty is small and light, and with no non-slip pads on the base it skids around easily. The high guard on the front catches on my daughters crotch as she crawls off, tipping the potty over and spilling the contents on the floor. The seat is non-ergonomic, and fairly narrow, and leaves red marks on her butt within about a minute. The shape of the hole in the potty is oblong…. (read more and buy it at Amazon.com)
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars(4/5) – 10/25/2012 – I bought this potty online and when I received it I was surprised that it was not as tall as it looked in the picture. It is low to the ground. But I like it and it is working out well for us.I love the EASY TO POUR feature and the front is good for little boy, so they don’t make a mess. • 4.0 out of 5 stars(4/5) – 10/23/2012 – It is very easy for my twin boys to use. This potty was really affordable so I could buy two and train both of my boys at the same time. The splash guard is helpful but you will still need to supervise child to make sure they are sitting like they should so they won’t over shoot the splash guard. Very easy clean up. • 5.0 out of 5 stars(5/5) – 3/10/2012 – … This is a one item potty, there is no separate pot to have to empty. You pick it up from the front and pour it out of the back. No spill, no splash…. (read more and buy it at Babiesrus.com)

What the Makers Say

  • The brilliant new Pourty Potty Chair is comfortable for boys and girls and much easier to empty and clean than a normal potty.
The Pourty potty won Best New Product to Market 2010/11 and is consistently rated 5/5 in potty reviews for quality, value for money and ease of use. The Pourty Potty offers the convenience of a basic potty, is as easy to empty as a two piece potty and its unique one piece design makes it more hygienic and easier to clean. Its features include:
    • wider flatter seating area which boys and girls find more comfortable to sit on than normal potties
    • one piece incorporating a high splash guard and deep bowl giving boys plenty of room while preventing pee escaping over the front of the potty
    • unique hygienic pouring duct in the back rest so that parent or child can dump the pee and poo out of the back away from where the child sits or touches
    • anti-drip lip to prevent unpleasant dribbles and mess down the outside of the potty
    • sturdier plastic than most potties giving toddlers and babies more confidence that the potty will hold them.
  • We have received consistent feedback that children find the Pourty comfortable to sit on. The Pourty is larger and has a wider flatter seating area than most one piece potties, but it is a little lower than some of the two piece and 3-in-1 potties. This allows the child to get into a good position to pee and poop. Medical evidence shows that squatting is the best position for emptying bladder and bowels efficiently and healthily.
  • The Pourty potty is perfect for potty training children from 6 months to 3 1/2 years’ old. Click here for simple advice on potty training boys and girls. Click here for more information on the size of the Pourty…. (read more at Pourty.com)
